Home Education services including EOTAS

Our services extend beyond traditional tutoring — we also partner with parents to support home schooling, whether it’s a chosen path or the result of limited suitable school placements. We understand that even when parents know home education is right for their child, they may not feel fully equipped to deliver it.

How we support home-educating families:

  • EOTAS (Education other than at school) provision funded through EHCP’s or Local Authority offers
  • Planning guidance for parents who want help teaching key concepts
  • Day time group and 1:1 sessions (Face-to-Face or Online) at home or in our centre
  • Flexible support tailored to each child’s needs and learning style

After School Sessions Face to Face

We offer tuition in all subjects from Nursery to GCSE (Foundation Stage, KS1, KS2, KS3 and 4).

What to expect:

  • Flexible delivery: face-to-face or online, depending on suitability, availability and location
  • Tailored learning: individual or group sessions based on your child’s needs
  • Initial consultation call to discuss:
    • Your goals for your child
    • Any specific needs or challenges
    • Whether group or one-to-one sessions are most appropriate
    • The best mode of delivery (online vs. in-person)
  • Regular progress updates to keep you informed and involved

Test Preparation & Practice

We support children preparing for a variety of assessments, including:

  • Phonics Screening
  • Multiplication Tables Check
  • Year 6 SATs
  • 11+ Grammar Tests
  • KS3 in-school progress tests
  • GCSE revision

How we help:

  • Familiarisation with test formats and expectations
  • Strategies for managing pressure and timed conditions
  • Confidence-building practice so children feel prepared, calm and capable on test day

With our support, children enter their tests feeling equipped, confident and ready to succeed.

Parent Support Sessions

Designed to help parents confidently support their child’s learning at home — whether through full-time home education, homework help or additional reinforcement.

What these sessions offer:

  • Guidance on age-related expectations so you know what your child should be able to do
  • Support with planning learning at home
  • Activity ideas tailored to your child’s level and needs
  • Clear explanations of new concepts and how to teach them effectively
  • Worksheets and resources to help embed learning
